All our schools are officially closed with exception to Year 1 and 6 pupils, Those with an ECHP and or Vulnerable Children (Open to Child In Need or Child Protection). Each centre is manned daily (except Linden Centre Secondary Short Stay (AI) whereby provision is at Linden Secondary Specialist School.
We will continue to remain open and keep you updated in our dedicated main "Coronavirus" tabs on each provision's website.
Current advice to schools is that:
'Children who have one parent as a key worker should remain at home. Their other parent should look after them'and the increasingly insistent message from the Government that, “If it is at all possible for children to be at home, then they should be.”
The gradual phased return of some year groups has begun and children are within bubbles. For parents or carers wanting to join the provision, please notify the centre by Wednesday (12pm) in order to join the following week. .
Please encourage your child to complete the home learning as outlined on the communications home. The remote learning package that we use is called I-XL and this helps us to better understand the level and ability of your child.
If any child has to self-isolate please ensure you call and let the school know.
