Complaints

Complaints should be dealt with in line with the school complaints procedure.

Complaints should first be dealt with by your child's class teacher and failing this, should be escalated to the Centre Lead for your child.

If your complaint is escalated to the Senior Management Team, this should be to Mr Darren Lennon (Headteacher) in writing to the school and will be dealt with by either Mr Darren Lennon (Headteacher) or Mrs Bowen (Deputy Headteacher).
